At The Village of Healing and Wellness Inc, our Qi Gong and Tai Chi programs are offered in a safe, relaxed, non-competitive environment. We work with individuals of all ages, physical abilities and walks of life. In sharing these practices we enable our participants to help themselves improve their overall health and sense of well-being. All participants are encouraged to stay within their own personal comfort zones during classes.
